Had essentials needed in the family room, including an electric kettle and glassware. The bed was good, my stay lasted for 1 night. Location: the hotel was just off Kuala Lumpur, indoor activities such as Wild West Cowboy Indoor Theme Park and Alive 3D Art Gallery, and neighboring Giant store.

The location is strategic and easy to find. Fast and prompt response from the staff when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Plenty of free parking available. The hotel is near food places. The swimming pool and gym facilities were great, unexpected for the price we paid. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. Room service was good, with delicious fried rice and hot drinks. The family room was spacious and had a TV that could be turned. Easy access to the highway.
Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Wow! My family and I had a great Christmas at this hotel. the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We loved the free breakfast buffet and the fact that they offered complimentary Christmas treats in the lobby. the hotel is located near the beach and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Another plus is the free parking. Great experience!
Our experience was not entirely perfect. the room was a bit small and the walls were thin so we could hear other guests coming and going.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our city trip, and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and TV channels. The hotel is located in a convenient area with a supermarket and restaurant just a few steps away. One of the best aspects of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who made our experience enjoyable.
We did have some negative experiences during our trip. The swimming pool was quite small and not very suitable for adults, and the breakfast restaurant staff was not very helpful in finding seats for guests.
